Specializing in communications and strategy development, Jennifer is particularly savvy at identifying and changing patterns within the minds of business leaders and the inner workings of organizations that previously inhibited productivity and profitability.

Her focus is to lead the JMac team to honor and leverage the client’s mission and its people to achieve measurable victories and to ensure that the business itself enriches lives. Jennifer and her team infuse a fresh perspective into traditional organizational paradigms to ensure congruency, integrity and forward movement to enhance the business and the world at large.

Jennifer has been featured on Fox Atlanta and CBS for her work as a coach. She has also been recognized for her conscientious approach as a facilitator, working with highly sensitive subject matter to generate successful outcomes from controversial discussions. As a consultant she managed a team that launched a new industry category for a Fortune 100 company that was named a product of the year less than six months of the product launch. Exceeding goals is a habit for Jennifer as evidenced by the 365% business growth one client experienced over a 3-year period of time.

Over the course of the last sixteen years, she has facilitated national conferences, expert panel discussions and a variety of planning retreats for organizations from all sectors. Jennifer is known to excel under pressure and has been called on to lead teams in crisis.

Rebecca Turk

Rebecca Turk is a transformational coach and consultant. Certified in the JMac methodology, she specializes in employee cultivation and creating highly engaged workplaces. Her work supports the transformation of employee behavior to ensure brand integrity.

Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in global brand development and advising entrepreneurs and executives. Rebecca has worked with numerous brands, entrepreneurs and executives from highly successful companies. These include; global leader and innovator of gaming peripherals, Scuf Gaming, international entertainer and philanthropist, Usher Raymond and Usher’s New Look Foundation, international shapewear brand, Spanx, The Sara Blakely Foundation, platinum-selling rock band, Collective Soul and numerous others.

As global marketing strategy consultant for Scuf Gaming; Rebecca provided global marketing strategy for the business as well as oversight of many high-level partnerships and executive consulting services for the CEO and senior management. She was instrumental in growing the brand from an early stage start-up into one of the most admired and respected brands in the esports and gaming peripherals space.

Rebecca also held the position of senior international marketing manager at Spanx where she was responsible for the international marketing and brand strategies for Spanx, Inc., expanding the billion-dollar brand into 54 countries worldwide. She was instrumental in global brand launches in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

She is an honors graduate in the field of communications from Brenau University where she was a member of the prestigious HGH Senior Honor Society. Rebecca also serves as an advisor to The Impact Token Project, where the brightest minds in investing, philanthropy, business and the non-profit worlds are working together to develop new frameworks for investing for social good.

Rebecca is a Reiki Master, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. She incorporates Reiki into her overall philosophy regarding employee mentoring and management.
